ORDERING

Has my order shipped yet?
We will email you once your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

If you want to keep an eye on its progress you can:

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

Can I modify my order?
Please make sure you are satisfied with your final selection of bubz’N’mumz products before completing your purchase as we are unable to change any part of your order once your order is complete. This includes the delivery and payment method.

We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the payment types listed above. You will see bubz’N’mumz Asia Pacific on your invoice and on your transaction history if you pay by credit or debit card.

When will I be charged?
bubz’N’mumz will dispatch your products only when payment is completed.

Is my credit card information safe?
Our site is 100% secure for credit card purchase.

We understand that in order for us to have a long-term relationship with you we need to earn your trust. So we’ve worked very hard to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. This includes partnering with a leading Digital Security Certificate provider Digicert and Commonwealth Bank of Australia to process your payments securely.

We have deployed significant technological resources, including the use of firewalls, systems and procedures, to protect the security of your personal information. DELIVERY

When are orders delivered?
Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required upon receipt.

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. You can expect your delivery the next business day (Monday-Friday).

Products arriving together
In some instances, with a large order requiring more than one box, our packages may arrive separately – please note this is very rare.

In your account, if you see more than one tracking number listed for your order, expect to receive separate packages.

You can also track each package separately, simply enter the individual tracking number provided in your confirmation email here 

What if I’m not home?
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Alternatively, if you have any specific instructions please note these in the comments field during checkout and we will do our best to pass this onto the shipment provider.

Do you ship internationally?
We are currently working hard on getting our products to all our customers, even our international ones.

At this time our products are unable to reach you but please do get in contact with us to register any interest or questions you may have and we will do our best to assist you in any way we can. 

How can I track my order?
You can track the progress of your parcel here here by entering the tracking number sent to you in your confirmation email.

My order never arrived
If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us for assistance at [email protected] or fill out our contact form using the Contact Us link located at the top of the bubz’N’mumz website.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?
Items can only be returned for a full refund. You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your package. See our Returns Policy page for full details on bubz’N’mumz returns.

How do I return a product?

  • bubz’N’mumz will contact you on approval and provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or replacement

Have you received my return?
Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of your item being returned to our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been completed.

Please keep in mind the time it will take for your return to reach us in processing your refund.

DISCOUNT CODES

How do I use a discount code?
After adding items to your cart, click the View Cart link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart page you will see a Discount Codes field where you may enter your discount code to be applied to your order.

Alternatively, apply the code using the Discount Codes field provided during Checkout.

SHOPPING

Product out of stock/ Availability
We do our best to ensure that all products listed on our website are always in stock to make sure that all your baby’s essentials are available to you when needed.

On the rare occurrence that a product is not in stock we will be sure to let you know when the product will be available on the product page. So keep an eye out for the green In Stock flag on your favourite products.

Sales & Promotions
bubz’N’mumz regularly promotes Sales and Promotions, which offer further discounts on select products for a limited time. At midnight on the final day of the sale or promotion pricing will revert back to the regular price. Offers in our Sales and Promotions are good only while stock lasts. Due to the nature of Sales and Promotions you may see more red "out of stock" messages on products during this period.

How do I create an account?
Click on the Register/Sign In link at the top of the bubz’N’mumz site.

Create an account by entering the necessary information under the NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION heading. Then, simply follow the prompts provided to complete the registration process.

How do I edit my account details?
Log in to your bubz’N’mumz account using the link provided at the top of the bubz’N’mumz site. Once logged in, you can change your account details and preferences using the links provided.

I don’t seem to be receiving my emails?
If you have registered an account with bubz’N’mumz you will receive exclusive emails on the latest products, deals and sales.
