We hope you love your new bubz'N'mumz purchase! However, please let us know if you are not satisfied, and we will be happy to exchange, credit or refund your purchase.

Want to return something?

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered - if you believe your item is faulty, please see the below faulty goods section prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty. 

Does your return tick all the boxes?
    • It is within 14 days of receiving your order
    • Product is not used or expired, is in its original and saleable condition with all tags and packaging in tact
    • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear or swimwear for a return or exchange

PLEASE NOTE: All goods will be inspected on return. In the event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition bubz’N’mumz will be unable to offer a refund.

If you would like to exchange an item/s please email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following information to help us assist you further:

    • Email subject title “Purchase Exchange”
    • Quote your order number
    • Include the Prouct Name, SKU Code and Size or Colour of the item/s you wish to exchange for

Exhanges are subject to availability - in the event that an item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Is your purchase faulty?

Should your purchase be defined as one of the below, you are entitled to a replacement or refund:

    • Manufacturing faults
    • Goods that have been wrongly described
    • Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered
    • Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention
